Reflections on Our Physician/Patient Conference

Do you have Nontuberculous
Mycobacterial (NTM) Pulmonary Disease?

Our continuing education-accredited conference is a groundbreaking opportunity for health care providers, researchers, patients, families, and caregivers to learn about the latest advances in research, treatment, and care from leaders in the field of nontuberculous mycobacterial (NTM) disease.

Prior conferences and our ongoing online webinars create dynamic opportunities in education and networking. The continued growth in attendance at our NTM and Bronchiectasis programs highlight the great need for accurate and timely information about NTM research, treatment and coping strategies. It also demonstrates the invaluable benefit that individuals and patients affected by nontuberculous mycobacterial (NTM) lung disease and Bronchiectasis (BE) receive from connecting with each other.

Did you know that the actual per person cost of hosting the conference is close to $400? We are very grateful to our corporate sponsors for helping NTMir offer free registration to the conference and provide scholarships to a number of 17 patients who would otherwise be unable to attend. In particular, we acknowledge the tremendous support of our Premier Sponsors, Insmed, Inc. and Aradigm. Thank you as well to AIT Therapeutics, International Biophysics, Grifols, Maxor Specialty Pharmacy, RespirTech/Philips, and Electromed AMY??.

NTMir thanks all who attend, those who volunteered, and those who presented. Our NTM community is stronger because of your commitment.

Be sure to save the date for next year – May 2023 in DC. We will update this page as registration opens. We look forward to seeing you there!
