Mycobacterium abscessus

Is anyone here familiar with having this in a wound and if so how did the treatment and results go? My daughter has this in a non healing wound on her head as a result of many surgeries stemming from a car accident 2 years ago. Our ID doc and medical team have pretty much given up and I can’t seem to find a lot of information about this as far as wounds go. Thank you.
